If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return your purchase within 30 days from purchase date, and you will receive a refund for your product purchase price only. Please note, return shipping will not be covered for returns and we do not provide return shipping labels. All returns must be in original packing.

BABY SAFETY FOAM LLC warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original date of purchase. BABY SAFETY FOAM LLC, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.

Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty coverage.

All shipping will be through Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. The delivery time can take anywhere from 2-5 days on average depending upon which state you are in. Sometimes tracking numbers are not updated right away. If you received a tracking email with tracking number, it means your order is on its way even if the tracking number doesn’t reflect this.
